L'église St-James fut un défi technique de planification avec une gaine de 100 pieds et 10 pouces de diamètre à descendre pour connecter la chaudière à la sortie au toit. À cause du poids de la gaine, nous avons dû avoir recours à deux grues pour soutenir celle-ci dans les airs pendant la descente au sous-sol.
