The Stûv 30 reinvents the wood stove with its 3-in-1 drum: glass door, solid door, and open fire mode. Its 360° swiveling base directs the flame wherever you wish, while natural convection diffuses gentle, uniform heat. The North American range includes the 30-compact, 30-compact ONE BLACK (single glass door), and 30-compact H (with heat accumulator), to suit the needs of contemporary homes in Greater Montreal.
Three modes / three doors (except ONE BLACK: glass door only). Switching between modes takes only seconds.
360° Rotation: direct the flame toward your desired living space.
Accumulator (30-compact H): refractory bricks that store heat and release it for several hours after the fire is out.
Clean glass: air wash system that limits soot for a clear view of the flames.
Accessories: open fire spark screen, BBQ grill, floor plates, mobile log rack, and outdoor air kit.
Maximum power: 47,000 BTU/h; nominal: 33,000 BTU/h; EPA power: 17,049 BTU/h (for all three models). Efficiency: 73.9%. Emissions: 1.82 g/h. Area: up to 900 sq. ft.
Compact combustion chamber (1.1 cu. ft.) optimized for 16″ (vertical) / 10″ (horizontal) logs, ideal for well-insulated homes.
Energy: dry cordwood (≤20% moisture).
Outdoor air: 4″ Ø connection (Stûv accessories).
Venting: 6″ chimney certified UL-103HT / ULC-S629. Appliance certified UL 1482 / ULC S627 (EPA 2020). Installation according to CSA B365 by a qualified contractor in Quebec.
Annual sweeping and inspection (gaskets, baffles, flues); glass cleaning via air wash.
Use dry wood to limit deposits and maximize performance.
