The Ortal Front Collection — classic style reinvented for high-end interiors

Ortal Front Collection: Designed to sit flush with the wall, Ortal’s Front Facing collection brings together modern gas fireplaces that keep the look of a traditional fireplace… with no compromise on safety or installation flexibility. Three glass heights (≈ 15¾ in, 21⅝ in or 29½ in) and multiple widths — from 31 in up to 98 in — make it easy to balance architectural proportions and heating output. The double-glass (maximum safety) or micro-mesh screen (more convective heat) options suit both residential and commercial use. Compact models (31, 40H70, 60×80, 75) offer square/vertical formats; wide formats 44–98 create a spectacular ribbon of flame. Ortal’s signature technologies — Passive Cool Wall, Heat Control System, Power Vent, internal lighting, smart controls — round out a premium solution designed for the most demanding design projects (living rooms, condos, lobbies, restaurants).

• Follow the clearances/framing in each model’s manual (trim, materials under the TV, niches). Large formats generally use a 5×8 DV system; compact models use 4×6. Power Vent available if the layout requires it.

Maintenance & warranty

• Low-maintenance glass (no soot) and easy access to components; choose the screen for increased heat flow or double glass for increased safety.
• Manufacturer warranty per Ortal policy (parts and details to be confirmed by model).
