Ortal Corner Collection brings together the most advanced corner gas fireplaces on the market (left “LS” or right “RS”). Ideal for connecting two spaces or creating a focal point on a corner wall, the range combines minimalist aesthetics, highly realistic flames (Signature or Wilderness), and pro-grade options suited to residential and commercial projects. Models come in multiple widths and three glass heights (standard, H and HH) to match your architecture and desired visual impact. Ortal’s exclusive technologies — Passive Cool Wall to install a TV/artwork above, Power Vent for complex vent runs, and Heat Control System to redistribute heat — provide outstanding design and performance flexibility, with wall controls, remote control, and optional Wi‑Fi (smart home).

Key features

  • Corner format left (LS) or right (RS), clean glass; choice of media (Wilderness logs, stones, glass).

  • Safety barrier options: double glazing or micro-mesh screen, depending on the desired heat effect and look.

  • Coaxial direct venting (4″x6″ on compact models; 5″x8″ on medium/large).

  • Output range verified by model (≈29,000 to 57,000 BTU/h). See the table below for each size.

  • Controls: wall switch, remote control, Wi‑Fi/smart home.

Ortal Corner Collection – Performance & comfort

Performance varies by width and glass height. Verified examples:

  • Corner 25H: 29,100 BTU/h (NG), 22,118 BTU/h (LP), 4″x6″ vent.

  • Corner 51H: 43,893 BTU/h (NG), 49,930 BTU/h (LP), 5″x8″ vent.

  • Corner 77: 51,277 BTU/h (NG), 51,011 BTU/h (LP), 5″x8″ vent.

  • Corner 98: 52,700 BTU/h (NG), 57,045 BTU/h (LP), 5″x8″ vent.
The H/HH fronts increase flame height and visual impact, with no compromise on safety with the selected barrier. AFUE ratings are provided by Ortal by model in the linked technical sheets.

Installation & compliance (Québec)

Sealed coaxial direct vent fireplaces — ideal for new construction or renovation. Comply with the CSA B149.1 Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code and municipal requirements. Clearances, venting, and allowable vent lengths: refer strictly to Ortal manuals and the framing drawings provided on each model page (“Framing & Clearances” and “Product Drawing” documents). Installation recommended by an RBQ/CEGQ-certified contractor.

Maintenance & warranty

Glass to be cleaned regularly; burner and media to be inspected during annual servicing. Cool Wall, Power Vent, and Heat Control systems must be checked by a qualified technician.
